    I don’t understand your reasoning for the downside of paypal being “that you must sign up for a paypal account”…

    Not true at all… you obviously haven’t used paypal for awhile.

    You can pay for things by only using your credit card… without a paypal account.

    The whole “if you don’t have a paypal account, click here” deal…
